Scooter shipping

Shipping on all scooters is free in the contiguous 48 states. It takes 1-2 buisness days (If scooter is instock) after your order is submitted and payment in recieved for your scooter to be shipped. We absolutely do not ship any of our products without full payment. We will supply the customer with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Scooters are usually shipped to your home but we can arrange for it to be shipped to a terminal if thats your preference. Please refer to the list of terminals at the bottom of the page for a location near you. Please note that due to credit card prosessing delays It may take an extra day to get your order out. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking number so you can locate your scooter. All residential deliveries are delivered with liftgate service included. All you pay is the price of the scooter.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 We do offer shipping to Puerto Rico , Bermuda, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and all other Caribbean islands. All shipping cost is solely at the customers expense. Blacktopmotorsport will assist in anyway possible to get you the lowest rate on shipping to your country. Please Check to make sure your countries laws allow for you to purchase this vehicle and ride it. No sense in buying if you cant ride and enjoy it.

Scooter delivery

We do have a delivery service that will bring your scooter to you ready to ride or in the crate. This applys to residents in NJ, De and Pa residents in Philadelphia, some parts of montgomery and bucks county. Please call to find out if your scooter can be delivered. The fee preparation is $90 US . Call for pricing on the delivery service. All payment for the vehicle, preparation and delivery must be made in advance. Absolutely no C.O.D. or any kind of payment on arrival.

ATV Shipping
  We can ship to a commercial business (store, warehouse, office building, etc.) for an additional $99, or to a residence for an additional $129 for each ATV. Liftgate service is included in residential deliveries. If you would like wish to add business or residential shipping to your order, call us at our toll free number 1 866-801-6022 or send an e-mail to info@blacktopmotorsport. The web site cannot add these additional charges to your order, but you can use your credit card to pay for them.
     For customers in the followings states, commercial shipping is $129 and residential shipping is $159 for each ATV: Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

OFFLOADING INFORMATION — ATV 
  
     ATVs shipped to a commercial business will be shipped without a liftgate. If your business does not have a loading dock or fork lift to offload the ATV, a liftgate is required. The cost is $59 per order. Trucking companies will not allow individuals to hand-offload 350lb+ crates. Liftgate service is included in residential deliveries.
 
DAMAGED SCOOTERS ,ATV and DIRTBIKES

Unless Bought in an "AS IS" condition, all of our Scooters, ATVs and Dirtbikes are inspected before they leave the warehouse and are shipped out of our facillity in perfect condition. Before opening the container crate, please check the crate for external damage. If the crate is damaged in any way (looks twisted or it was dropped), STOP. Call our customer service departmentimmediately. Also, note damage on the Bill of Lading and have the driver print and sign his name. Although shipping is included in the price of your scooter, we are not responsible for any damage which occurs during shipping. You will need to file a claim with the trucking company that delivered your Scooter, ATV or Dirtbike . We will assist you in any way we can in this matter. If there is minor damage to the container crate, note it. Make sure these damages are marked on the bill of lading from the trucker and signed for (don't just take a signature, print out the name and note the date). This information will be required to make a claim against the insurance to repair or replace your scooter as necessary. When you open the crate and find that the Scooter, ATV or Dirtbike has been damaged, STOP. Call our customer service department. In this case, the shipping company will want to see the crate as it was delivered, so do not throw it away! We ensure that all shipments when they leave our warehouse,  Scooters, ATVs or Dirtbikes are not damaged in any way. You may however occasionally find minor scratches from shipping movement in an otherwise undamaged box. This is not a reason to refuse a Scooter, ATV or Dirtbike and a small monetary adjustment can be made or the scratched body panel replaced. Once the Scooter, ATV or Dirtbike is signed for and received it is the buyer's responsibility to file any claims for damage with the trucking company. When you order your Scooter, ATV, Dirtbike, Parts or Accessories ,your card is not charged until we ship your Vehicle or products. NOT WHEN YOU ORDER, only an authorization is given for the amount, so if its not in stock we do not charge your card.
 
CANCELLATION
 
    Customers can cancel an order all the way up until it is shipped. You will not be charged any fees for changing your mind about an order. That is your right. However once your order has been shipped YOU CAN CANCEL, but you will be charged a $25 processing fee and you will be charged any service charges incurred as result of your cancellation. On scooters we return the purchase price less a $25 processing fee and the cost incurred by us to ship the unit. On parts we return the full amount of the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY

   We do not accept returns on scooters. We do not accept returns or give refunds on special order scooters or parts. Once you sign for your scooter it is yours. We do accept returns on parts.We must be notified within 10 days after the product was received. You will however be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any cost incurred in shipping the product back to us. Shipping is only refunded on any products ordered if the product shipped was a mistake by us. It is the customers responsibility to read the product description and to verify that the product they are ordering is the correct part before they order.
The box and the part must be in resalable condition. The part will be inspected and approved for return. If there are any scratches or any sign of usage the return will be refused and your account will not be credited. Electrical parts are not returnable.
